T🐝 Busy Bee Island Vendor Applications Are Now Open! 🐝

Bring your products to one of Mississauga’s most beloved summer traditions! The Bread and Honey Festival is now accepting applications from vendors selling handmade merchandise, including pre-packaged foods. All sales vendors will be located exclusively on Busy Bee Island, a lively marketplace visited by thousands throughout the weekend.

Please note: Separate applications are available for promotional vendors, food vendors near main stage, and sponsorship opportunities. Visit our website to access those forms.

📅 Festival Dates: June 5 to 7, 2026

Busy Bee Island Hours:
• Saturday, June 6: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Sunday, June 7: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
(No Island vending on Friday night.)

💲 Fee: $375 + HST for a 10' x 10' space for craft vendor and $475 + HST for a 10’ x 10’ Island Food Vendor
A second space may be purchased if additional room is required.

Streetsville Memorial Park, Island.

Key Vendor Information

• Vendors will be situated on Busy Bee Island only.
• Vendors are expected to attend both days and remain open and fully staffed during festival hours.
• We reserve the right to refuse any vendor and do not offer exclusivity, though we strive to avoid exact product duplication.
• Returning vendors are welcome but are not guaranteed the same placement.

What You Need to Bring

Vendors must supply their own tent or canopy (secured with surface weights only), tables, chairs, extension cords, quiet generators, fire extinguishers, and any other required equipment. Please note that power and water are not available.

Load-In, Parking, and Vehicles

• Arrival for Saturday load-in is strictly between 7:00 am and 9:00 am via the Bristol Rd. laneway.
• Vendor vehicles are not permitted at booth spaces. One vehicle per vendor will be directed to a designated parking area, with no in-and-out privileges.
• Volunteer teams will assist with directions.
• Vendors will be guided by volunteers and security for exit times: starting at 7:30 pm Saturday and 6:30 pm Sunday.

Refund Policy

Cancellations received by May 1, 2026 will receive a full refund. After May 1, 50% of fees will be refunded.

By applying, vendors acknowledge that placement is determined solely at the organizers’ discretion.
